Les demandes sont satisfaites dans leur ordre d'arrivée et tant que les demandes sont en nombre inférieur ou égal au nombre de Conseillers municipaux.
Les débats des commissions sont strictements internes et ne peuvent faire l'objet de communications avant que le Conseil municipal ne se soit prononcé.
